Placing a Custom Design Order

Terms

Styles by K. Vision custom designed merchandise is made to order.  Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your item to be completed.  Once your order has been received and all measurements and material selections have been made you will receive an Invoice via email.  Once the invoice is Paid in Full we will begin your project. 

 

You will be notified when it is time for your fitting (if necessary) a date & time will be scheduled.

Once all materials and supplies for your order have been placed there are no cancellations or refunds.   ALL CUSTOM DESIGNED ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Styles by K. Vision. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping Rates will apply according to the United States Postal System pricing

 

Shipment method 

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur during Holidays & Weekends

  • We DO Not Ship to P.O. boxes

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Styles by K. Vision is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages Styles by K. Vision is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

Styles by K. Vision offer returns for store credit ONLY.  Once all materials and supplies for your order has been placed there are no cancellations or refunds.  Please contact Styles by K. Vision within three days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit.  Items purchased must be in the same condition, free of smells, perfume, original tags, no damages etc..

 

The item is considered final sale on the forth day following your purchase date  ALL CUSTOM DESIGNED ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

All Accessories are final sale.

 

PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEMS PLEASE EMAIL US @ K.VISION.FAVOR@GMAIL.COM FOR DETAILS ABOUT YOUR RETURN.  You will then be contacted with details on how your request will be handled.  All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS
